In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, residential private classes (in home) and corporate classes (on location) are available by contract to the Yoga Center of Houston, Inc.

Director, John Coon is also available for lectures, demonstrations, and special events instruction... with 32 years of continuous Yoga study, John is "Yoga Expert" to ABC, NBC, and CBS local affiliates and often appears on television during local news broadcasts.

John is also available for consultancy work. We will come to your facility, corporate workplace, or health club and advise you if your prospective instructor is questionable or qualified. With the advent of weekend certification workshops, there are a number of unscrupulous individuals passing themselves off as certified teachers. Please understand that one cannot possibly learn anything about teaching in a single weekend. Teaching, and the art of observation, is acquired and inculcated from a Teacher over a number of years. The result of unqualified instruction is potential long term injury.

The Yoga Center is well qualified to educate your group about healthy lifestyle, exercise and constructive relaxation. We have over five thousand years of Yoga Tradition to reference! Our references are impeccable and can be provided, upon request, from potential contractors.

You may contact John Coon at 713-524-4572 or E-mail john@yogacenter.com for Yoga Class details and further information.
