Class Information

"John Coon is one of the few yoga teachers I have come across who are wholly
committed to the understanding and teaching of Yoga in the traditional way.
He has been studying and teaching Yoga for decades now, training in the
process hundreds of students and training several teachers as well. I had
the great opportunity of introducing to him and his students the
Vinyasakrama method of yoga practice as taught by my Guru Sri. T
Krishnamacharya. His understanding of this method is very thorough and his
teaching of Vinyasakrama, excellent.  His beautiful yoga postures in large
numbers appear in my book "Yoga For the Three Stages of Life". He has also
learnt several Sanskrit mantras and chants them very well. I wish him well
in all his endeavours in teaching Yoga in the traditional manner."

Sincerely,
Srivatsa Ramaswami
